Gyoza ( Japanese dumpling) 博多は一口餃子😁
I made fried Gyoza ( Japanese dumpling) with mom’s homemade recipe.
The basic filling includes pork, napa cabbage, cabbage, nira, dried shiitake mushroom, garlic, and ginger. Especially, dried shiitake mushroom is an essential ingredient for mom’s recipe.
Chinese dumpling is famous boiled one, however, Japanese classic cooking style with gyoza fried in oil.
We often eat frozen gyoza, because it’s so easy and good taste, but sometime I miss mom’s taste.
