Facilities

QDoes each guest room have a bath and toilet?

AThe guest rooms do not have a private-use bath and toilet. Please use the shared toilets on each floor and the shower room on the second floor. (The shower room is closed during cleaning. We will provide details at the front desk.)

QDo you have an internet connection?

AFree Wi-Fi is available in the building.Ask our staff for more details.

QSmoking in the building

AThere is a smoking space on the balcony of the lounge on the 9th floor.
Smoking is prohibited in the guest rooms and all other areas in the building.

QBeverage Service

AWe sell beverages at the vending machine area on the 9th floor

  • Soft drink vending machine (coffee, soft drinks)
  • Alcoholic drink vending machine (Asahi beer, Kaku Highball, sours)
QDo you have a coin-operated laundry?

AWe have a laundry room on the first floor.
Ask our staff about the fees and other details.

QLockers

AThe guest rooms have a private-use locker. You can use it to store your valuables and other belongings.
There is a separate cloakroom for you to store large bags such as a suitcase.

Hostel Services

QIs it possible to receive or send a delivered parcel?

AWe're sorry, but space in the building is limited and we cannot store our guests’ delivery-service packages. (Please use the delivery service company located three minutes on foot from WeBase Hakata.) You can send a package from the convenience store located one minute on foot from the hotel.

QDo you store guests’ bags before check in or after check out?

AWe have a cloakroom on the first floor.
We have a for you to use. feel free to use it but take care in handling the key.

QDo you have a parking area?

AWe do not have a parking area. Guests coming to our hostel by car must use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.

QWhat are the guest room features?

AAll guestrooms have bed sheets, pillow cases and bath towels. The double-bed rooms also have face towels. Premium Cabins have face towels, toothbrushes and slippers.

Amenities such as face towels and hair clips are sold for 100 yen at the front desk. If your wish to make a purchase, feel free to ask our staff.

QChange of hotel towels

AEach guest can use one hotel towel per day.We will provide guests staying multiple nights with replacement towels.

QRoom cleaning

AIf you wish to have your room cleaned, please request the cleaning service at the front desk before 0:00 a.m. on the previous day.

QElectrical outlet adapters

AWe have a limited number of adapters available to lend.A deposit of 1,000 yen is required to ensure the return of an adapter.

Lodging

QWhat time is check in and check out?

ACheck in is between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
If you are arriving at the hotel after 10:00 p.m., please call us in advance (front desk at 092-292-2322) or press the intercom button next to the entrance.
Check out is at 11:00 a.m.

QI have a small child. Is there a charge for him?

AThere is no charge for a child up to the age of three, but the adult price will be charged for a child who is four years of age or older.

QWhat is your cancellation policy?

APlease look at Attached Chart 2 of the Agreement.

QIs there a lockup or curfew?

AThere is no lockup or curfew, but we lock the entrance at 11:00 p.m. for security reasons. To enter the building after 11:00 p.m., hold your room key in front of the sensor next to the entrance to unlock it. Be sure to always take your room key with you when you go out.

QAre amenities available in the guest rooms?

AAmenities such as hairbrushes, razors, earplugs, slippers, toothbrushes, face towels, bath towels and pajamas are available for purchase or rental at the front desk.

Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided in the shower room.
