１. Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine:
10 minutes from JR Kamakura Station, the walk to this Shrine offers small souvenir shops and plenty of delicious food stores to grab a snack to munch on along the way.
２. Genjiyama Park :
This spot can be reached via the hiking trail from JR Kamakura Station and JR Kita Kamakura Station to the Kotoku¬in temple or by a 20 minute walk from Kamakura Station offering a great place to have a hanami (flower viewing) picnic.
３. Engakuji Temple:
Ranked number two of Kamakura’s five great Zen temples, Engakuji temple is located right by JR Kita Kamakura Station and was built back in 1282. These grounds offer to its guest’s zazen lessons and other Buddhist activities.
