このたび、下記日程にて外壁修繕工事を実施することとなりましたので、お知らせ申し上げます。

　・工事期間：2026年1月13日（火）～2月11日（水）
　・工事時間：午前8時 ～ 午後5時
　・工事箇所：館内（客室・レストラン・ラウンジ）外壁、等

　工事期間中は、外壁面の養生および足場の設置に伴い、作業音が発生する場合がございます。また、作業員が建物外部を行き来いたしますため、作業時間中はプライバシー保護の観点から、カーテンをお閉めいただきますようお願い申し上げます。

　お客様には大変ご不便・ご迷惑をお掛け致しますが、より快適にお過ごし頂けるよう外観・耐久・安全性向上と施設維持のため、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

※室内・館内のご利用には支障ございませんが、予めご了承の程よろしくお願い申し上げます。

　We would like to inform you that exterior wall repair work will be carried out according to the schedule below.

・Construction Period: Tuesday, January 13 – Wednesday, February 11, 2026

・Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

・Work Areas: Exterior walls of the building (guest rooms, restaurant, lounge, etc.)

　During the construction period, there may be some noise due to protective coverings and the installation of scaffolding on the exterior walls. In addition, construction workers will be moving around outside the building. For privacy reasons, we kindly ask that you keep your curtains closed during working hours.

　We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation, as this work is necessary to improve the appearance, durability, and safety of the facility, and to ensure its proper maintenance.

　Please note that there will be no restrictions on the use of guest rooms or indoor facilities during this period.
