Hi!
History of cats: Back in the day when people traveled around the world by sea, ship crew kept cats on board for two practical reasons: one, to protect foodstuffs from disease-carrying rodents, and two, for good luck-cats were believed to have the magical power to protect ships from bad weather. We hope it will continue to serve as a guardian of the travelers.
These cats on the pic are traditional “Hakata Doll” for souvenir at our reception.

地球を見る猫ちゃんたち…　かつては船に乗り、乗組員たちの仲間として守り神として、海を旅していたそうです。
ちなみに写真の猫ちゃんたちは「博多人形」で、お土産としてフロントで販売しています♪
