About Facilities
- Do the rooms have baths and toilets?

Private rooms are equipped with unit baths. All Twin rooms and Comfort Double rooms have a bathroom with separated washroom, toilet and washbasin. Guests staying in Dormitory rooms can use the shared shower and toilet.
- Can I connect to the Internet?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel. Please note that a wired LAN connection is not possible. In addition, desktop PCs with internet access are available free of charge in the lounge.
- Is smoking allowed in the hotel room?

We have smoking areas on the 2nd and 10th floors. However, the building and rooms are completely non-smoking.
If we find someone smoking outside the designated smoking room, we will charge a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen.
- Are there any food or drink services?

There are vending machines on the 2nd and 10th floors.

There is a detergent free coin laundry and dryer on the 10th floor. The usage fee is from 300 yen, and payments can be made with coins and transportation IC cards. Currency exchange can be made at the automatic checkin machine on the 2nd floor or at the front desk.

- Is there a parking lot for two-wheeled vehicles (motorcycles) or bicycles?

There is no motorcycles/bicycle parking on the premises of this facility.
Parking for motorcycles is free of charge at the Marugamemachi Green Parking Lot, 1st floor. However, please note that parking for motorcycles is not affiliated and reservations are not accepted. The lot is locked from 24:00 to 7:00 a.m.Bicycles can also be parked at Marugamemachi Green B1. Although space is limited, a cycle stand is available to keep your bicycle in the hotel. Please feel free to inquire.
- Where is the nearest bus stop?

The closest airport limousine bus stop is “Kencho-dori Chuo Koen-mae” or “Kawaramachi”, a 6-minute walk from the hotel. The nearest bus stop for local buses is “Shoko Chukin Mae”, which is a 1-minute walk.
- How do I get to WeBase TAKAMATSU from Takamatsu Airport?

Airport Limousine Bus is available. Please purchase a ticket in advance at the ticket vending machine in the airport. You can also use a transportation system IC card for payment.
Please board the bus at platform 2 and get off at the nearest bus stop “Kencho-dori Chuo Koen-mae” or “Kawaramachi Station”.
The hotel does not sell tickets or make reservations.
The cab ride to the hotel takes about 30 minutes. Estimated fare is approximately 4,000-5,000 yen.
- How do I get to WeBase TAKAMATSU from Takamatsu train station?

There are three ways to get to the hotel: on foot, by cab, or by bus.
It takes about 20 minutes by foot or 6 minutes by cab.
By local bus, take the [75 Takamatsu Medical Center] or [Shopping Rainbow Circulation Bus (westbound)] to the Gobancho bus stop. Or, take the [47 Omaya Line], [53 Shioe Line], [33 Kazuno Line] etc. for 10 minutes to the Shoko Chukin Mae bus stop, then get off the bus and walk for 1 minute.
About Services
- Can I leave my luggage before checking in and after checking out?

We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out free of charge at the front desk. (It will be kept only on the day of your stay).
Please do not store valuables or fragile items, as we are not responsible for any lost items.

In the private rooms, we offer Refrigerator, Nespresso Machine, Electronic Kettle, Hair Dryer, Humidifier, Pajama and Safe Lock.
- About Housekeeping
-
Private rooms are cleaned every day if you want.
Basically, we do not exchange sheets and covers, so if you would like to exchange them, please contact the front desk by 11:00 in the morning.
For those who do not need cleaning for consecutive nights, only towels and toothbrushes will be hung on the doorknob as eco-cleaning. See “What is eco-cleaning?” below.
However, if you stay for 4 nights or more, please be aware that we will be required to enter your room once every 3 days for regular cleaning.
If you are staying in a dormitory room and would like to have your bed made, please let the front desk know by 11:00 on the day of your stay.
- What is ECO cleaning?

At WeBase Takamatsu, we clean guest rooms in an environmentally friendly manner. Eco-cleaning rooms will not be cleaned and staff will not enter the room.
We will only prepare a towel and a toothbrush and hang it on the doorknob.
If you would like eco-cleaning, please put the “eco-cleaning” magnet on the outside of the door by 11:00 am.
If you wish for us to collect used towels and garbage, please leave them in front of the door (corridor side) by 11:00 in the morning.
In the case of eco-cleaning, we will give you a bottle of mineral water.
*Eco-cleaning is a service only for those who use private rooms.
- Is room service available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer room service.
There is a restaurant district nearby, and the front desk will be happy to provide information to those who would like to try meals recommended by the locals. Please feel free to ask for assistance.
UberEats and other restaurants are available, but we ask that you pick up your food at the front desk on the 2nd floor.
- Can you ship packages?

The Yamato delivery service is available. Packing materials are also available for a fee. Please ask at the front desk. Refrigerated shipping is not available.
- Can the hotel receive items I purchased online?

There is no delivery service from the hotel to the airport.
- About Laundry Services

We offer laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services (for a fee).
If you bring your laundry to the front desk by 10:00 a.m., it will be ready by 6:00 p.m. on the same day.
Please fill out the laundry slip provided in your room and bring it to the front desk.
Please note that we do not accept underwear.
The laundry is closed on Sundays, national holidays, and during specified periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays.
There is also a coin-operated laundry on the 10th floor that can be used 24 hours a day (for a fee).
About Accommodation
- What time is the check-in/check-out?

[Check-out] until 11 a.m.The front desk staff is on duty 24 hours a day, but please contact us in advance if your arrival is after midnight. The automatic entrance door is locked between 1:00AM and 5:00AM. If you arrive during this time, please use the intercom to call our staff.
- Is early check-in possible?

For guests who wants to extend their stay, we will charge ¥1,000 hourly per room. (Early check-in is only possible from 12 p.m.)
Please note that we may not be able to accept your reservation during peak season, etc., depending on room availability. We hope you understand.

- What is the cancellation policy?

For reservations made through accommodation reservation sites such as Expedia, Booking, Agoda etc., the cancellation fees listed on each site will apply.
For reservations made through the official WeBase TAKAMATSU website and by phone, we charge 80% of the cancellation fee on the day of your stay and 20% the day before.In case of no-show, the cancellation fee will be 100%.
However, in case of flight cancellation due to bad weather or disaster, please contact us. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Basically, no cancellation fee is charged up to 2 days prior to the reservation date, but please note that it may vary depending on the plan.
For groups of 10 or more, please inquire separately.
- How do I cancel?

As a general rule, we ask that you cancel your reservation yourself if you have made a reservation via accommodation reservation sites. Please go to the cancellation page of your reservation confirmation e-mail or your account page.
If you are unable to do so online due to a same-day cancellation or other reasons, please call the customer support center of each reservation site directly.
For customers who have made reservations through the official website and are unable to complete the online procedure, please contact WeBase TAKAMATSU.
- Do you accept waitlists?

We do not accept waitlists.
- I will be staying for an extended period of time, do you offer any discounts?

Discounts are available for monthly and weekly stays.
You must stay in the same category and room type for the duration of your stay.
Please request the discount at the time of reservation. Discounts are not available for extended stays.
- I have small children, is there a fee?

For children 12 years old and under, up to 2 children in the Executive Twin/Deluxe Twin/Superior Twin Room and up to 1 child in the other types of rooms can sleep together free of charge. However, if you wish to have an extra bed, you will have to pay an additional fee same as of the adult rate. Additionally, if you book a plan that includes breakfast, please note that for children aged 4 and above who are sharing a bed, you will need to purchase a separate breakfast voucher for them.
In addition, pillows, towels, and amenities in the guest room are only available for the number of guests with fee. If you would like an extra for your children, please let the staff know. It will be handed over at the front desk.
The dormitory room can accommodate up to 1 person per bed, so co-sleeping is not allowed.
- I am under 18 years old, can I stay alone?

If you are between 16 and 18 years old and staying alone or with other minors, please submit a parental consent form before your arrival or at check-in.
We will send you a form in advance, so please contact us for more information.

If you have made a reservation with advanced payment from websites such as Rakuten, Jalan, Booking.com, Agoda, etc., please issue your own receipt from each site.
- Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew, but for security reasons the entrance is locked between 1:00 and 5:00 a.m., so please hold your room key over the sensor next to the entrance to unlock it before entering.
Please be sure to bring your room key with you when you go out.
If you do not have your room key, please contact the front desk using the intercom outside.
- Should I leave my card key when I go out?

- Can I invite a non-guest to my room?

It is strictly prohibited for anyone other than the hotel guest to enter the room. Please meet in front of the front desk or in the lounge.
In the unlikely event that someone other than the hotel guest is found, we may charge a separate fee.

Foods are stored for one day. For other items, the storage period is For all other items, the storage period is 1 month.Please note that the hotel will not contact you regarding lost and found items.
- What time are the dormitory showers open?

Please refrain from using the bathroom from 3:00 to 5:00 in the morning for cleaning.
Guests staying multiple nights can use the shower at any time, but there may be cleaning between 11:00 and 15:00. Thank you for your understanding.
- Can I get a change of towel in the dormitory?

One towel per day is prepared. If additional towels are required for overnight guests, they can be obtained at the front desk for 100 yen per towel.
For guests staying for consecutive nights, we will provide new towels for your bed every day.
