WeBase HAKATA is currently looking for hosts who would like to organize
international events and workshops at our 9F Lounge.In the past, communities such as “101 hakata mingle” and “Yuki Group”
have hosted wonderful events where in-house guests,
local residents, and international travelers could naturally connect.We welcome a wide range of event ideas — language exchanges,
cultural workshops, game nights, and more.
Why not create a welcoming space where travelers can meet and share experiences?

🧹 Restoration After Use

Please return the space to its original condition
Furniture must be placed back to the original layout

🍳 Kitchen Use

Maintain proper hygiene at all times
Please dispose of food waste, including sink debris
Cooking with large amounts of oil is not permitted

🗑 Garbage

Please take garbage with you whenever possible
Garbage disposal service available: JPY 500

🤝 Shared Space

Please share the lounge respectfully with in-house guests
