3. To further improve the services and websites provided by the Company.
4. To provide information and conduct marketing related to real estate and investment products or accommodation and other services offered by the Company, its group companies (as defined in 3. (3)), or trusted third parties.
5. To respond to inquiries and contact customers as necessary.
In addition, the Company may collect and use customers’ personal information to perform related operations within its group companies.
2. Provision to Third Parties
Except in the case permitted by applicable laws and regulations, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from the individual concerned.

The Company may jointly use personal information as described below:

Name, address, telephone number, email address, allergy information, check-in/check-out dates, number and names of accompanying persons, travel schedule and purpose, payment information required for online reservations (e.g., credit card details), accommodation and service usage history, nationality, passport details.
(2) Purposes of Use for Joint Use
For purposes related to the operations described in section 1 by the Company’s group companies (see the list of group companies below).
(3) Scope of Joint Users
Group companies of the Company (see the list of group companies below).

4. Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Information
To ensure smooth and efficient business operations, the Company may outsource the handling of personal information to third parties with whom it has concluded outsourcing agreements. In such cases, the outsourced handling will be strictly limited to the scope of the Purposes of Use, and the Company will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision to prevent disclosure, misuse, or mishandling of personal information beyond the given scope.

The Company will implement necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and to ensure its safe management. For details about the specific security measures in place, please contact the inquiry desk listed in Section 8.
6.Requests for Disclosure, etc.
If the Company receives a request from a customer in accordance with applicable laws, the Company will respond through the prescribed procedures to requests for disclosure (including notification of the purpose of use, disclosure of personal information or records of third-party provision, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and suspension of third-party provision).
