Would you like to hold an art exhibition or an art-related workshop at our Books & Lounge space on the 9th floor of [WeBase HAKATA]?
[WeBase HAKATA] proudly supports the creative activities of the younger generation*.
*By “younger generation,” we mean people of all ages who embrace new ideas and creative challenges with a youthful and positive mindset.
This year, during the same period as FaN Week 2025, we are inviting artists and creators to organize exhibitions and workshops in our space.
It’s a great opportunity to host your event for free and gain exposure through official Fukuoka City promotional channels. Don’t miss out!
About FaN Week 2025:
Dates: September 13 (Sat) – September 28 (Sun), 2025
Venues: Fukuoka Art Museum, Fukuoka Asian Art Museum, Artist Cafe Fukuoka, Marine Messe Fukuoka B Hall, and more
◆ Art Exhibitions at [WeBase HAKATA] 9F “Books & Lounge”
Available periods (choose one):
A. Sep 13 (Sat) – Sep 28 (Sun) / full two-week period
B. Sep 26 (Fri) – Sep 28 (Sun) / final weekend only
C. Sep 13 (Sat) – Sep 15 (Mon, holiday) / opening weekend only
Time: 10:00 – 20:00 (approx.)
◆ Art-Related Workshops at [WeBase HAKATA] 9F “Books & Lounge”
Available periods: Same as B or C above
Time: 10:00 – 20:00 (approx.)
Capacity: Up to 8 participants at a time
◆ Application Deadline: July 31 (Thu), 2025
Group exhibitions are welcome!
Please note that if we receive a large number of applications, the space may be shared among multiple participants.
◆ Important Notes:

This lounge space is shared with our hostel guests. Please be aware that there is also a shared kitchen on the same floor where guests may cook light meals.

Installation and removal of artworks must be done by the exhibitors themselves.
