About CARGO PASS Service

WeBase HAKATA is registered as a hotel where CARGO PASS deliveries are possible.

At CARGO PASS locations such as the Fukuoka Airport Domestic Terminal (B1F) and the International Terminal (Arrival Lobby),

If you drop off your luggage by 14:00, it will be available for pick-up at WeBase HAKATA after 18:00 on the same day.

After being delivered to our facility, the luggage will be stored in the self-service cloakroom, so please manage your valuables personally.

Additionally, please note that we currently do not offer shipping services from our facility to the airport.
