WeBase Hakata Countdown Event Highlights

We welcomed a lively countdown night at WeBase HAKATA.

As the New Year drew closer, guests naturally began to gather, and the 9th-floor common space became more energetic than ever.

The warm aroma of Toshikoshi Soba, lovingly prepared by the WeBase staff, filled the air, and many of our staying guests happily picked up a bowl.

Even though everyone came from different countries and spoke different languages, sharing the tradition of eating Toshikoshi Soba brought everyone together and created a sense of unity in the space.

Around the tables, conversations flowed easily. Guests meeting for the first time introduced themselves, shared travel stories, and exchanged recommendations, with international交流 happening everywhere.

When the countdown moment arrived, applause and cheers echoed through the space as we all welcomed the New Year together. It was a warm, joyful, and memorable way to mark the beginning of a new year.

A year-end celebration that truly felt like WeBase HAKATA—full of connections that go beyond borders.

Whether guests were just stopping by during their travels or staying for a longer time, sharing the same place and the same moment surely became a special memory for many.
