Try exploring various choices of restaurants on the North Building B1 floor if you are looking for Japanese style, fusion cuisines, or well-known franchises from all over Japan.
Starring famous Ichiran Ramen (Tonkotsu – Pork bone broth Ramen), Tonkatsu Saboten (Deep-fried pork cutlets), Sendai Gyutan (Grilled beef tongue set menu), Beef Taigen (Wagyu beef steak on hotplate), and more!
If you want to have just a chill relaxing time, have a visit to the only Kirby Cafe in Kyushu region. With tons of cute and fluffy Kirby themed merchandise and cafe menus inside.
Along the corridor from the North Building to Center Building, you can find snack stalls like Takoyaki, Crepe. A souvenir shop selling Hakata-based products, or pop culture related like Sanrio or Jump Shop as well.

Ramen enthusiasts? Ramen Stadium on the 5th floor is there ready to welcome you with plenty of famous Ramen shops from the local region and all around Japan.
Tonkotsu Ramen, Tsukemen, Chicken Ramen, Sapporo style Ramen, or even Tomato Ramen(?). You name it, they have it there.
Water show/Main Stage
A simple yet mesmerizing water show can be seen at the Center building B1 floor. From a normal fun and enjoyable show with classical music, changes into a cinematic stunning light, sound, and water show when night falls. Recently having an interactive Mobile Suit Gundam theme water show, in which the audience can participate in voting the outcome of which one will win the fight of that night using their own smartphone as well.
On a certain day, they might hold a music show or mini concerts. Make sure to check their official website to check the schedule of that month.
Not only Canal City Hakata has everything you need, but the vicinity area is also a hidden gem which a lot of tourists did not even know about or often overlooked, or popular places where locals always go for. If you happen to wander around there, you may want to try explore it as well!
