About the Facilities

Does each room have a bath and toilet?
Guest rooms do not have a private-use bath or toilet. Please use the shared restroom on each floor and the shower room on the second floor. (Shower rooms are closed during cleaning hours. We will provide details at the front desk).
- Do you have an internet connection?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the building. Ask our staff for more details.
- Do you have a laundrette?

We have a laundry room on the first floor.

- Do you have a parking lot?

There is affiliated parking lot 3 minutes walk from WeBase HAKATA.

There is a smoking space on the balcony of the lounge on the 9th floor.
Smoking is prohibited in the guest rooms and all other areas in the building.
- What are the guest room features?

All rooms have bedsheets, pillowcases, and bath towels. Twin rooms also have face towels. King rooms have face towels, toothbrushes, and slippers.
- Is there a space for self-catering?

There is a shared kitchen where you can cook in the lounge on 9F.We have a complete set of dishes, chopsticks and cutlery, pots and cooking utensils as well as electrical appliances such as pots, ovens and IH stoves.You can also share the refrigerator.
About the Stay
- What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Please let us know in advance if you need to check-in after 10:00 PM (front desk at +81-29-292-2322). When you arrive later than 11:00 PM, please press the intercom next to the entrance door. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-In/Late check-In

Early Check-In:
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM.If you wish to enter the room before that, please consult in advance.If possible, we charge an additional 1,000 yen per hour (per room).Late Checkout:
If you check out after 11:00 AM, you will be charged an additional 1,000 yen per hour (per room).
Also, if you want to chek-out late, please consult with us in advance.
- What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made on the date of arrival and/-or in the event of a no-show, the guest will incur a 100% fee. Cancellations made on the day before the date of the booking will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations between 9 days and 3 days before the arrival date will incur a 10% fee. Any cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the date of arrival will be free of charge. - Is there a curfew?

There is no curfew, but we lock the entrance at 11:00 PM for security reasons. To enter the building after 11:00 PM, you will need the key card that is provided at check-in. Hold your key card in front of the sensor next to the entrance to unlock it. Be sure to always take your card key with you when you go out.
- Are there any amenities?

Amenities such as a hairbrush, razor, earplug, slippers, toothbrush, face towel, bath towel, and pajamas are available for purchase or rental at the front desk. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are equipped in the shower room.
- Can minors stay at the hotel?

For minors aged between 16 and 18, a parental consent form is required when and if staying on their own or with other guests.
*Persons under 16 years of age are not allowed to stay alone or with other applicable persons.
Please submit this form for all guests before check-in.
- Can children of preschool age stay at WeBase HAKATA?

Children below school age cannot stay in a dorm. For those guests wishing to bring a small child, you may use one of our private rooms.
- What to do when reservations are divided

If you have separate reservations, you will need to check in again even if the dates are continuous.
Please check out by 11:00 AM the next day and check in after 4:00 PM
The staff will inform you of the details at the front desk on the day.Please tell the staff that you have a reservation for another day.
- About eating and drinking in the guest room

As for meals, due to hygiene reasons, we ask that you refrain from eating in the guest room.Tableware is also available on the 9th floor, so please use it.Drinks are also available in the room.Also, there are many restaurants nearby, so please refer to the gourmet book in front of the front desk when you are looking for it.
About the Service

IA simple breakfast is served at the 9th floor lounge from 7:00AM to 9:30 AM.

- Is it possible to receive or send a delivered parcel?

Since the space in the building is limited, we cannot store our guests’ delivery-service packages. (Please use the delivery service company located three minutes on foot from WeBase Hakata.) You can send a package from the convenience store located one minute on foot from the hotel. We apologise for the inconvenience.
- Can we leave our luggage at WeBase HAKATA?

Guests may store their luggage in our cloakroom located on the first floor on the day of arrival. Guests will be responsible for their belongings. The hostel cannot take responsibility for any lost possessions while using the cloakroom.
- About Room cleaning

If you wish to have your room cleaned, please request the cleaning service at the front desk by 11:00 AM on the day.
- Front desk lending items

Pajamas (one-piece/roomwear), chargers, cables (iPhone/C type), outlet conversion plugs, curls/straight irons, and Dyson dryers are available.Please note that the number is limited.To prevent non-return, we ask for a deposit of 1,000 yen.

- Can I use the lounge before and after check-out?

You can use the lounge from 11:00 before check-in and 3:00 p.m. after check-out.After that, you can use it for 400 yen per person per hour.Please contact the front desk before using it.
